My Opinion:
Humanities
So far, this class has been great. We don't have to much, yet not too little, of work to do. We get to use Chrome Books to do our work. I don't like writing on paper much, so getting to work with technology, yet still doing work at the same time is quite enjoyable.
I don't really hate, or dislike anything in this class.
I'm excited to continue being in this class for the rest of the year.
A few things we have done in this class, was research on an ancient civilization. My friends and I worked on 'The Kingdom Of Prussia', and to be honest I'm not a fan of research projects. Even if I got to learn about an awesome kingdom, that sadly fell apart.
I like the writing part of Humanities better than the social studies part.
Since all my life, all we learned in social studies was about salmon. But last year, and this year, we haven't had to learn nothing about that fish. Slowly, because of the fact no fish are involved, I have started liking social studies.
Ever since I was young, I've had a passion for writing. I'd make up stories of adventures my brother and I would go on, running from dinosaurs, or simply traveling around the world. Now that I'm older, people are supporting me, and teaching me proper sentence structure, I feel like I'll be able to write stories other people enjoy. Strangers taking a journey through my writing, making their curiosity and imagination run wild. I feel like that would be something I would enjoy doing.
But before I can do that, I have to learn better writing techniques, and so far in this class I feel like I've improved my writing quite a bit.
I really enjoy this class.
I enjoyed writing this, even though I got off topic a lot. I didn't mind writing my opinion on this class because I find it interesting.
I learned that sometimes going off topic is good. It can help you understand or connect with the writer or character. (While writing I'd notice I went off topic, it use to bug me a lot.)
